At DEVFORCE Studio, we craft AI-powered campaigns where strategy, design, and storytelling converge. Our multidisciplinary team blends creativity with advanced tools like generative video, AI-assisted scripting, and visual prototyping to build content that engages, adapts, and scales.  

This project pushed the boundaries of what a credit card campaign could be. With fire as our visual metaphor and spice as our narrative fuel, we designed a campaign where every frame, asset, and story beat was imagined and executed through human–AI collaboration.

Storytelling Reinvented

Stories still move the world — but how we tell them is evolving. In this new landscape, storytelling goes beyond scripts and storyboards. It becomes dynamic, data-informed, and visually generative. By integrating AI into the creative process, we unlock new narrative formats, faster iterations, and richer, more personalized content.        

Prompt Engineering & Mood Shaping

Designing targeted prompts to generate dynamic AI moodboards.  Emotional tone, visual storytelling, and artistic language are sculpted via prompt-based image generation.  

We use tools like Krea Realtime (Diffusion Transformer), Adobe Firefly (Firefly Model 2), and Runway Gen-2 (Multi-modal Transformer) to build initial frames.  ComfyUI is introduced for advanced node-based workflows, allowing for precise control over styles, upscaling, inpainting, and style transfers using custom Stable Diffusion models (e.g., SDXL, DreamShaper, Realistic Vision).

Environments & Simulation with AI

Our prompts don’t just describe images — they encode tone, emotion, and aesthetics.  Each variation respects the original concept, whether it’s rendered flat, clay, or hyperreal.  This is not exploration — it's directed generation.

We animate visual identities without losing tone or coherence.  A still frame becomes a moving story — tacos hover, lights flicker, textures pulse — all within the same aesthetic boundaries.  Multimodal, but always on-brand.

Prompt, remix, repeat — without losing identity.

We managed lighting, material and frame composition through modular workflows.  Each output keeps the brand’s identity intact — spicy, playful, high contrast.  This isn’t random generation — it’s precision design at image level.

We used style anchoring prompts to preserve the same aesthetic across formats: flat, 3D, clay render, ink, and collage.  The card's essence stays recognizable in every version — even when the surface changes.  Style diversity, brand unity.

Video scenes were generated Gen-4 and Veo 2 for smooth prompt-to-motion transitions.

Benchmarking the Best: Why We Chose Veo2

Veo has archived state of the art result in head-to-head comparison of outputs by human raters over top video generation models.
Participants viewed 1003 prompts and respective videos on MovieGenBench, a benchmark datatest release by Meta. Veo 2 performs best on overall preference, and for its capability to follow prompts accuralety.

To create a campaign as bold as the Spicy Card, we tested multiple AI video platforms — including Meta Movie, Kling, and Minimax — pushing each to visualize our surreal, high-energy concept. The comparison revealed clear strengths and limits across tools.

Every motion frame was built with the same AI grammar that shaped our static images.  Runway ensures cinematic depth. Veed AI refines tempo and cuts.  Even without audio, the visuals speak in the same spicy dialect.
